The SPM EQUIPMENT’S Internal Pneumatic Clamp With Copper Back Up Shoe assures a rapid, accurate alignment of two joints of pipe during the welding operation. Front and rear heads operate independently to lock the clamp into position. Specially designed shoes on each head exert pressure uniformly around the inside circumference of the pipe to maintain necessary alignment. Each line-up Clamp is easily and quickly adjusted for different pipe wall thickness.
Copper Back up ring assemblies are installed Pneumatic Internal Line-up Clamps. Ring Assemblies provide totally separate front and rear clamping mechanisms of the Pneumatic Internal Line-up Clamps. Copper back-up clamp design ensures each copper shoe will fully contact the internal surface of the pipe. The designing decreases the time for fit up and eliminate errors such as lowering of the copper shoes during the welding cycle. The shoes can also be resurfaced three times giving you more efficient and cost-effective operation. All other accessories related the semi-automatic& automatic welding machine like a Belt, Copper Back-up Strip, Nozzle and all mechanical repairing of Semi-automatic& automatic welding machines.
